Price is inclusive of delivery. Should the specified Japanese melon or abalone brand be unavailable, a replacement of equal or higher grade and value will be provided. Any fruits that are unavailable will be substituted with items of the same price to ensure the premium standard of the basket is maintained.

How do I know if the fruits are fresh?
We take freshness seriously. Strict quality-control checks are performed before every order leaves our warehouse to ensure you receive the freshest fruit. However, should an item fail our quality check, we will inform you accordingly via email and process a refund.
How are the fruits packed and delivered?
As part of our sustainability efforts, we reuse and recycle fruit boxes whenever possible. Each fruit is wrapped and laid neatly in the box to prevent rubbing and bruising. Delicate items get extra protection: cushioning, dividers, or double-wrapping to keep them safe during transit. Deliveries are handled by our trained drivers and scheduled within our delivery windows; if anything looks off on arrival, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
Shipping and Delivery
Hello Fruitful Venturers, we deliver every Tuesday and Thursday between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Delivery is a flat rate of $8.
Is there a minimum for delivery?
No, we delivery regardless of the purchase amount. Do note that there will be a delivery charge of $8.
Do you all delivery island wide?
Yes, we deliver island-wide! Friendly heads-up: deliveries to Jurong Island, Sentosa, and Tuas may incur additional charges. Reach out to us with your address and we’ll confirm the cost and options.
Can we select a specific time for delivery?
We can’t guarantee a specific delivery time, but we will make sure your order arrives within the scheduled window. If there’s any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know in advance. If there is nobody around to receive the order, the items (packed in recycled fruit boxes) will be placed at the doorstep.
Refund Policy
Wrong fruit or not up to scratch? Quality and customer's satisfaction are our utmost priorities. We’ll fix it, refunds on us!
I received a wrong or spoilt item. What should I do?
Refunds are issued only if the wrong fruit is delivered or the fruit is spoiled upon delivery. We perform strict quality-control checks before dispatch, but if an item is not up to expectations we will inform you and process a refund.
How can I request for a refund?
Please contact us via email with photos and your order number should you receive the wrong item or spoiled fruit. We will review and issue a refund via PayNow within 5 working days.
There is a mark on the skin of the fruit. Can I request for a refund?
Minor cosmetic blemishes, small scars, or natural spots that don’t affect smell, texture, or taste are not rotten and hence not eligible for refund. However, if you suspect a fruit is rotten, keep the item and packaging and take a photo to email us regarding the issue.
