Wrong fruit or not up to scratch? Quality and customer's satisfaction are our utmost priorities. We’ll fix it, refunds on us!

 

I received a wrong or spoilt item. What should I do?

Refunds are issued only if the wrong fruit is delivered or the fruit is spoiled upon delivery. We perform strict quality-control checks before dispatch, but if an item is not up to expectations we will inform you and process a refund.

How can I request for a refund?

Please contact us via email with photos and your order number should you receive the wrong item or spoiled fruit. We will review and issue a refund via PayNow within 5 working days. 

There is a mark on the skin of the fruit. Can I request for a refund?

Minor cosmetic blemishes, small scars, or natural spots that don’t affect smell, texture, or taste are not rotten and hence not eligible for refund. However, if you suspect a fruit is rotten, keep the item and packaging and take a photo to email us regarding the issue.
